香港科技探索（股份代号：01137）发布盈利预警，预计截至2025年3月31日止财政年度将录得股东应占亏损约1.45亿至1.55亿港元。不过，公司同期经调整税息折旧及摊销前利润（EBITDA）预计将维持在5500万至6500万港元区间。
此次亏损主要受电子商务业务战略转型投入加大、全球宏观经济不确定性影响消费情绪等因素拖累。尽管面临短期盈利压力，公司核心业务的现金流生成能力保持稳健，调整后EBITDA指标仍显韧性。
管理层表示，当前正处于业务模式优化及技术基础设施升级的关键阶段，短期亏损属于战略性投入的过渡期表现。公司将持续推进数字化供应链建设与会员生态系统整合，以期在中长期实现盈利能力的结构性改善。
