Qichacha's Shanghai Main Board IPO Application Ends

Qichacha Technology Co., Ltd. (Qichacha) has had its Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) main board IPO review status changed to "terminated," according to an announcement on October 9.

Because Qichacha and its sponsor withdrew the issuance and listing application, the SSE terminated its issuance and listing review in accordance with Article 63 of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Issuance and Listing Review Rules.

According to the prospectus, Qichacha is a professional comprehensive commercial big data service provider with the corporate mission of "discovering data value and enabling efficient decision-making." It is committed to providing accurate, efficient, and convenient commercial data services, helping users quickly understand the credit, risks, business opportunities, and information of various commercial entities, thereby improving decision-making efficiency and empowering business development.

The company mainly uses publicly disclosed information lawfully published by government departments at all levels, judicial authorities, industry associations, and others as its primary basic raw material. Centered on application needs in different real economy sectors, it collects, cleans, labels, mines, and analyzes commercial big data from massive internet data sources. It uses advanced technical means such as artificial intelligence, big data mining, and visual analysis for in-depth structured and tagged processing, establishing connections among discrete data with related relationships, and based on a deep understanding of user application scenarios, forms membership products mainly for individual users, as well as products or services such as Qichacha Professional Edition and data interface services mainly for enterprise-level users.

The company's C-end business mainly sells membership products and a small portion of online-ordered data interface services directly to individual users through the App, Web, or mini-programs. Individual users mainly pay the company through third-party payment platforms such as WeChat, Alipay, and UnionPay. The company's B-end business adopts a direct sales model, mainly conducting marketing work through its own sales team. The company's various products have a wide range of application scenarios, mainly targeting practitioners in the financial and legal industries, government public officials, and corporate legal, sales, and procurement personnel. The company's C-end products have achieved scenario applications in multiple industries including banking, securities, internet, law, government, manufacturing, and real estate. The company's B-end products mainly target supply chain, legal, finance, sales, and strategy departments across various industries, risk control departments of financial institutions, investment promotion departments in the real estate industry, media, and various professional service industries.

During the reporting period, the company's main customers included Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd., Bank of China Co., Ltd., Douyin Group, Tianjin Jincheng Bank Co., Ltd., People's Insurance Company of China Property and Casualty Co., Ltd., and Bairong YunChuang Technology Co., Ltd.

In terms of financials, for the 2023, 2024, and 2025 fiscal years, the company achieved operating revenue of approximately RMB 618 million, RMB 708 million, and RMB 787 million, respectively; over the same period, the company achieved net profit of approximately RMB 259 million, RMB 317 million, and RMB 377 million, respectively.
