On September 16, 2026, TMF (Cayman) Ltd. disclosed that an equity collar transaction entered into by Extensive Prosperous Investments Limited referencing 20,000,000 shares of Autostreets terminated. The off-exchange derivative transaction resulted in a disposal of 20,000,000 long shares and the closure of an equivalent short position.
Prior to the disposal, TMF's long position in AUTOSTREETS was 100.00 million shares, representing 12.01%; following the event, the holding decreased to 80.00 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 9.61%. Concurrently, the short position was eliminated from 20.00 million shares (2.4%) to zero.
