New Century Group Publishes 2026 Annual Report, AGM Circular and Proxy Materials Online; Shareholders May Request Printed Copies

New Century Group Hong Kong Limited released its latest set of corporate documents on 13 July 2026. The package—collectively termed the “Current Corporate Communications”—comprises: 1) the 2026 Annual Report, 2) a circular dated 13 July 2026, 3) the Notice of Annual General Meeting, and 4) the Proxy Form.

All documents are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.ncgrp.com.hk) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online versions, or who prefer hard copies, can obtain printed sets free of charge. A completed and signed Request Form—enclosed with the notification—should be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong). Scanned Request Forms may also be emailed to 234-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive electronic notices of future publications. Changes to delivery preferences require at least seven days’ written notice to the registrar or via the same email address.
