Hao Bai International (Cayman) Limited (stock code: 08431) disclosed that on 09 February 2026 it allotted and issued 181,972,000 new ordinary shares under a rights issue at HKD 0.21 per share. This allotment represents 100% of the existing shares before the transaction. Subsequently, the total number of issued shares increased from 45,493,000 to 227,465,000.
