AIA (01299) announced that on September 4, 2025, the company granted 126,600 share options to an employee of its subsidiary under the share option scheme adopted on May 29, 2020 (as amended).
The share options entitle the grantee to receive either 126,600 new ordinary shares of the company or an equivalent cash amount at the board's discretion. The cash amount would equal the difference between the subscription price and the market price of the shares on or around the date when the share options are exercised, as determined by the board of directors.
