FWD Group Holdings Limited (1828) has redeemed its entire outstanding US$750 million Zero Coupon Subordinated Perpetual Capital Securities—consolidated from separate issuances of US$500 million and US$250 million—on 23 October 2025, as previously indicated in the notice of redemption dated 23 September 2025.

According to the announcement, there are no longer any securities in issue under this series. The company has applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited to withdraw the listing of these securities (stock code: 5221), with the withdrawal becoming effective upon the close of business on 4 November 2025.

As of 24 October 2025, the board of FWD Group Holdings Limited 富衛集團有限公司 includes a chairman and independent non-executive director, two executive directors, two non-executive directors, and several independent non-executive directors.
