元续科技控股有限公司（08637）8月11日发布盈利预警称，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月（下称“2026年上半年”）将录得约3.4百万坡元至约4.0百万坡元的溢利及本公司拥有人应占溢利，对比2025年同期经重列溢利约8.7百万坡元，将减少约54.0%至60.9%。\n\n公司表示，业绩下滑主要由于两项一次性因素：一是2026年上半年未录得2025年上半年确认的6.4百万坡元因失去对前联营公司重大影响力而进行投资重新分类的重估收益；二是本期因潜在双重主要上市事项产生约0.9百万坡元上市开支。\n\n尽管盈利承压，集团在手订单明显增长。截至2026年6月30日，集团采购订单约为46.3百万坡元，较2025年6月30日的17.8百万坡元大幅增加2.6倍，反映半导体行业供应链对相关产品与服务的需求上升。\n\n公司正在编制2026年上半年未经审计中期业绩，并计划于2026年8月底前公布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者关注后续公告，谨慎决策。
