Pioneer Global Group Limited (Stock Code: 00224) published a circular regarding the proposed appointment of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as its new auditor. In connection with the EGM, the register of members will be closed from 20 November 2025 to 25 November 2025 (both days inclusive). Shareholders are required to lodge all transfer documents and relevant certificates by 4:30 p.m. on 19 November 2025 for the purpose of attending and voting.
