博雅互动国际有限公司（00434）于2026年3月18日披露翌日公告，公布当天在香港联交所场内回购408,000股普通股，占回购前公司现有已发行股本约0.0532%。每股回购价介乎港币2.97元至2.98元，合共付出约港币1,214,090元。
经此次回购后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）为767,025,730股，库藏股数量增至3,951,000股，合计已发行股份总数770,976,730股。根据2025年5月23日通过的购回授权，公司可回购股份总数为71,018,373股，目前累计购回3,951,000股，约占授权时已发行股本的0.5563%。
公司表示，此次回购已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规，由公司主席兼执行董事戴志康签署。
