CHINA OVERSEAS (00688): "23 COB 01" and "23 COB 02" to Pay Interest on November 7

CHINA OVERSEAS (00688) announced that COB Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd.'s 2023 corporate bonds (Phase I) issued to professional investors will pay interest for the period from November 7, 2024, to November 6, 2025, on November 7, 2025.
The first tranche, named "23 COB 01," has a total issuance of RMB 2 billion with a coupon rate of 2.90%. Interest payment for every 10 bonds (face value RMB 1,000) is RMB 29.00 (tax included).
The second tranche, named "23 COB 02," has a total issuance of RMB 1 billion with a coupon rate of 3.25%. Interest payment for every 10 bonds (face value RMB 1,000) is RMB 32.50 (tax included).
