Zylox-Tonbridge Buys Back 0.06 Million H Shares for HK$1.15 Million, Treasury Stock Rises to 12.75 Million

Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. repurchased 59,000 H shares on 14 July 2026 via on-market transactions, paying an aggregate HK$1.15 million at prices ranging from HK$19.00 to HK$19.57 per share. The weighted-average repurchase price was HK$19.43.

Following the transaction, issued H shares (excluding treasury shares) slipped from 323.66 million to 323.60 million, trimming the free float by 0.02%. Total issued share capital remains unchanged at 336.35 million shares, while the company’s treasury stock balance increased from 12.69 million to 12.75 million shares.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 13 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 32.72 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 3.60 million shares, equivalent to 1.08% of the share count on the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals is in place until 13 August 2026.
