According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on March 26, Chairman Cai Dongchen increased his stake in CSPC PHARMA (01093) by purchasing 49.4 million shares at a price of HK$8.3612 per share. The total transaction amounted to approximately HK$413 million. Following this acquisition, his total shareholding has reached about 2.966 billion shares, representing a 25.74% stake in the company.
