Beijing Airdoc Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2251) announced the termination of a concert party agreement originally signed on 14 October 2016 among three key shareholders, namely Mr. Zhang Dalei, Mr. Gao Fei, and Mr. Chen Mingqiang. The agreement, which had required Mr. Gao and Mr. Chen to align their votes with Mr. Zhang at board and shareholders’ meetings, was formally terminated on 17 October 2025. The termination follows disposals of an aggregate of 1,341,100 shares by Mr. Gao and Mr. Chen since the company's listing.

According to the announcement, Mr. Gao disposed of 523,200 shares, while Mr. Chen disposed of 817,900 shares. The termination means none of the three shareholders will continue to act in concert or be deemed interested in each other’s shares. Their respective shareholdings and interests in related controlled corporations or trusts otherwise remain. The board of directors noted there is no material adverse impact on the Group’s operations, reaffirming confidence in the company’s long-term development prospects.
