Upon receiving the suggestion, the Municipal Committee's Social Work Department coordinated with the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and the Municipal Engineering Service Center for an on-site inspection. After assessment, the proposal was transferred to the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau for further handling. Since 2025, the department has focused on public concerns, facilitating the conversion of numerous suggestions into practical benefits that deliver tangible responses to residents' needs. A representative from the Municipal Committee's Social Work Department stated that they will further streamline suggestion channels, optimize processing workflows, and ensure the implementation of high-quality public proposals. Moving forward, efforts will concentrate on key government priorities, vital livelihood policies, and major project implementations, collaborating with relevant counties and departments to develop more thematic collection topics, thereby deeply integrating public suggestions with Lanzhou's high-quality development.
