2026年8月12日，新华文轩出版传媒股份有限公司（00811）公告称，公司将自2026年8月19日起更换其在香港的H股股份过户登记处。新的过户登记服务机构为卓佳证券登记有限公司，地址为香港夏悫道16号远东金融中心17楼，联系电话(852) 2980 1333，传真(852) 2810 8185。
根据公告，自2026年8月19日起，所有与新华文轩H股相关的股份过户及登记手续均由卓佳证券登记有限公司负责办理。对在2026年8月18日16时30分后仍未领取的H股股票，股东可自2026年8月19日起前往该公司领取。
公告显示，新华文轩现任董事会成员包括执行董事周青、刘龙章、李昆；非执行董事柯继铭、谭鏖；独立非执行董事刘子斌、邓富民、韩文龙。上述事项由董事会主席周青代表公司发布。
