入门级住房销售同比增长3.8%，连续第12个月上涨，达到三年来8月份的最高水平。相比之下，7月份中等价位住房销售同比下降0.6%，高价位住房销售下降1.2%。
入门级住房的待售量也在增长，8月份同比上涨3.1%。而中等价位和高价位住房的待售量在8月份分别同比下降0.1%和0.8%。
