同期内，公司未发生任何股份期权、股权激励计划或可换股票据等方面的发行及变动，也无任何购回及注销股票的情况。公司确认已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定的披露要求，所有发行业务及内部决议程序均符合法定及监管规定。
本次公告由新天绿色能源联席公司秘书林婉玲签署。公司表示，截至报告期末，股本总数保持不变，后续将持续关注相关业务进展，并依法及时履行信息披露义务。
