FEG Holdings Corporation Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 September 2026.

Authorised and issued capital • Authorised share capital stayed at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each, representing authorised capital of HKD 100.00 million. • Issued share capital was unchanged at 328.00 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares at month-end.

Public-float compliance • As at 31 August 2026, FEG Holdings confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent for its ordinary shares.

Share-based incentives • The Share Option Scheme adopted on 19 February 2021 had no outstanding or newly granted options during the month, but it still allows up to 20.00 million shares to be issued upon future exercises.

Fund-raising activity • No shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled in August, and the company raised no capital during the period.

Overall, FEG Holdings’ equity base remained stable through August, with authorised and issued share counts unchanged and a fully compliant public float. The unexercised capacity under the existing option scheme provides headroom for potential future equity issuance without immediate dilution to existing shareholders.
