这波涨势与近期房地产行业利好消息密切相关。央行最新发布的数据显示，2025年二季度末人民币房地产贷款余额同比增长0.4%，增速较上年末提高0.6个百分点。其中，房地产开发贷款和个人住房贷款分别增加2926亿元和510亿元，显示房地产信贷环境正在改善。
分析人士普遍看好房地产板块的中长期配置机会。中泰证券建议关注布局一二线城市、基本面稳健的房企；华安证券预测房地产板块仍有5%-15%左右的上行空间。随着7月底中央政治局会议即将召开，市场对地产调控政策进一步宽松抱有期待，这也推动了内房股的估值修复。
