在美國上市的激光雷達(LiDAR)製造商 禾赛-W (02525)今日起至周四(9月11日)招股，發售1700萬股B類普通股，香港公開發售佔10%，其餘為國際配售，每股招股價將不超過228元，集資最多38.76億元。一手20股，入場費4605.99元。
截至周一上午11時40，禾賽科技已錄得23.82億元孖展認購。以公開發售集資額佔3.88億元計，已超額認購5倍。
該公司擬將所得款項淨額中，約50%用作研發投資；約35%用作投資集團的生產能力；約5%用作業務發展；及約10%用作營運資金及一般企業用途。
該股預期9月16日掛牌。中金公司、國泰君安及招銀國際為聯席保薦人。
