ServiceNow's Chief Operating Officer Amit Zavery has indicated that the software industry may experience consolidation if certain companies fail to transform their operations to adapt to artificial intelligence.

"Some software firms will not successfully transition to AI," Zavery remarked during an interview on the sidelines of an AI summit in India.

"If you do not utilize the latest technology and encourage customer adoption, you will be left behind," Zavery stated.

The President and COO of ServiceNow discussed the crucial role of AI in driving business growth. He spoke with Haslinda Amin during the AI Impact Summit in India.

ServiceNow is focused on delivering comprehensive AI support across areas ranging from security to solutions.

"AI without security creates chaos. We work to ensure that you control AI, rather than being controlled by it," he emphasized.
