世界华文媒体有限公司（股份代号：00685）于2025年11月28日公布翌日披露报表，披露当日于马来西亚证券交易所购回59,700股普通股股份，每股购回价为马币0.095，总金额约马币5,671.5。此项购回股份占购回前公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数约0.00368%。
购回完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目降至1,621,721,741股，库存股份数目增至33,007,900股，总发行股本则维持1,654,729,641股。公司表示，本次购回依据2025年8月15日通过的购回授权进行，授权总数为134,780,764股，至今累计购回2,315,700股，占授权当日已发行股份数目的0.14259%。公司还确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及当地法规。
