CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (A17U) has issued an instruction booklet on Apr, 07 2026 for a non-renounceable underwritten preferential offering of new units to existing eligible unitholders.

Under the terms of the offer, investors on record as of 5.00 p.m. on Apr, 01 2026 will be entitled to subscribe for 28 new units for every 1,000 units held, at an issue price of 2.35 Singapore dollars per unit.

The subscription period opens on Apr, 07 2026 and will close on Apr, 15 2026 at 5.30 p.m. for applications submitted via form or the SGX Investor Portal, and at 9.30 p.m. for ATM submissions. The REIT expects to credit the new units and commence trading on Apr, 23 2026.

The offering is fully underwritten by DBS Bank, J.P. Morgan Securities Asia, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, United Overseas Bank and Mizuho Securities (Singapore).

The Singapore Exchange has granted its approval in-principle for the listing and quotation of the new units, though the exchange noted that such approval does not indicate the merits of the offering or the REIT.

Unitholders located or resident in certain jurisdictions, including the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom (other than eligible UK investors), Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Canada, Japan and Australia, are excluded from participating in the offering. The REIT did not disclose the expected gross proceeds from the fundraising.
