海信家电(00921)旗下空调营销公司与冰箱营销公司在2025年7月16日至2026年1月20日期间，与华能贵诚信托有限责任公司签订多份理财协议，合计认购“华能信托·信盈1号集合资金信托计划”，金额达人民币18.15亿元。该认购款项均使用本集团自有闲置资金。
公告显示，相关理财产品主要为固定收益类，产品风险评级较低，投资范围包括银行存款、同业存单及债券等债权类资产。每份协议单独计算时不构成须予披露交易，但根据上市规则第14.22条合并计算后，适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，需遵守相关申报及公告规定。
海信家电此前在董事会会议及股东大会上批准了使用不超过人民币230亿元的闲置自有资金进行短期中低风险理财。本次合计认购理财产品旨在提高资金使用效率，董事会表示交易在总体风险可控的前提下，不会对集团日常运作和业务发展造成不利影响。
