云能国际股份有限公司（01298）8月13日在港交所发布公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，公司预计将录得净利润约7.0百万港元至9.0百万港元，实现扭亏为盈；而截至2025年6月30日止相应期间则录得亏损净额约2.7百万港元。
\n\n公司指出，本期业绩改善主要源于两方面：一是供应链业务收入及毛利增加，受益于光伏组件及硅材料需求上升；二是股本投资的股息收入增加。
\n\n公司表示，目前仍在编制中期业绩，相关数据未经核数师或董事会审计委员会审核，最终结果或将有所调整。公司计划于2026年8月底披露正式中期业绩。
