记者 2026年8月21日 香港讯——摩比发展有限公司（00947.HK）公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审核中期业绩。期内，公司实现收入人民币2.183亿元，同比增长1.6%；毛利为3,362万元，同比增长13.1%；整体毛利率由上年同期的13.8%升至15.4%。

期内归属于公司股东的亏损及全面开支总额为3,044万元，同比减少7.3%；每股基本及摊薄亏损为3.82分。

分产品看，基站射频子系统收入1.371亿元，同比增长11.1%，占总收入62.8%；天线系统收入5,278万元，同比下降7.1%；覆盖延伸方案及其他产品收入2,846万元，同比下降17.9%。

按地区划分，来自中国市场收入1.122亿元，同比增长14.4%，占比51.4%；海外市场收入1.062亿元，同比下降9.0%，占比48.6%，其中亚洲其他国家/地区贡献4,396万元，欧洲3,937万元，美洲2,284万元，非洲6万元。

资产负债方面，截至2026年6月30日，公司总资产8.374亿元，负债总额5.789亿元；资产净额2.585亿元。期末银行及现金结余8,181万元，已抵押银行结余6,909万元；银行及其他借款1.647亿元。流动比率0.99倍，杠杆比率19.7%。

董事会建议不派发2026年中期股息。
