Ho Bee Land prices 150 million Singapore dollars of 3.30% green notes due 2031

Ho Bee Land Limited has priced 150 million Singapore dollars in aggregate principal amount of 3.30% fixed-rate green notes due Jun, 30 2031 under its 800 million Singapore dollars multicurrency medium-term note programme. The notes, designated as Series 002, are expected to be issued on Jun, 30 2026.

DBS Bank Ltd. acts as sole global coordinator, while DBS Bank Ltd. and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited are joint lead managers and joint bookrunners. Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. Singapore Branch and Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd. serve as co-managers. The notes will be issued in bearer form in denominations of 250,000 Singapore dollars and will pay interest semi-annually.

Net proceeds will fund, finance or refinance eligible green projects in line with Ho Bee Land’s Green Finance Framework. DBS Bank Ltd. is the sole green structuring advisor, and Moody’s Investor Service Singapore Pte. Ltd. has provided a second-party opinion on the framework.

Holders will have an option to require redemption if Dr Chua Thian Poh and his immediate family cease to own at least 51% of the company’s issued share capital.

The company will apply to list the Series 002 notes on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Approval in principle from the SGX-ST does not represent an endorsement of the issuer or the securities.
