YUK WING GP (01536) announced that Mr. Tam Sik has resigned from the following positions: Company Secretary of the company; Authorized Representative of the company as stipulated under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Securities Listing Rules; and Authorized Representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company as required by Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). The resignations are effective from March 10, 2026. Ms. Chen Yingting has been appointed as the Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Authorized Representative for legal documents, effective from March 10, 2026.
