Yuan Heng Gas projects over 90% reduction in FY26 net loss as FY25 impairments fade

Yuan Heng Gas Holdings Limited issued a positive profit alert indicating that its unaudited results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 (FY26) will show a year-on-year net-loss contraction exceeding 90%, compared with the RMB1.99 billion net loss recorded in FY25.

Management attributes the turnaround chiefly to the absence of substantial one-off charges booked in the prior year. In FY25, the Group recognised RMB1.87 billion in asset-impairment provisions for trade receivables, prepayments, other receivables and financial-guarantee contract liabilities, as well as a RMB35.00 million loss from the deconsolidation of Guizhou Huaheng Energy Investment Co., Ltd. No comparable items are expected in FY26.

The FY26 figures remain subject to audit and review. The company plans to release its full annual results on 26 June 2026.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Yuan Heng Gas shares.
