2026年8月18日，富智康集团有限公司（股份代号：02038）发布公告，披露公司于当日通过香港联交所回购普通股股份。本次回购股份数量为58,000股，占回购前公司已发行股本约0.00742%。回购价格介于每股港币17.70元至港币18.00元之间，成交量加权平均价格约为每股港币17.851207元，合计耗资约103.54万港元。
本次回购完成后，富智康集团的已发行股份由回购前的781,908,483股减少至781,850,483股，同时公司库存股份增至6,599,517股，总股份数维持在788,450,000股。
公告同时提及本次购回系根据2026年5月22日通过的购回授权进行，剩余可回购股份数量为78,272,118股。截至公告日，公司已通过香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购股份1,537,000股，约占购回授权决议获通过日已发行股本的0.19637%。公司另透露，此次回购后，新的任何股份发行或库存股份出售及转让适用的暂止期将持续至2026年9月17日。公司强调上述交易均已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及当地适用法规。
