Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Company Limited issued a shareholder notification on 15 September 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026 are now accessible in the Investor Relations section of www.hkf.com and on www.hkexnews.hk. Printed copies have been dispatched only to investors who had previously opted for hard-copy communications.

Effective immediately, the company will migrate to a fully electronic distribution model for all future corporate communications, in line with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), and the company’s Articles of Association. Non-registered shareholders will no longer receive postal notifications or printed documents unless specifically requested. Both language versions of every communication will be posted online.

Investors who hold shares via banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited must supply a functional email address to those intermediaries if they wish to receive email alerts when new documents are posted. Shareholders who do not provide an email address will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently or subscribe to the HKEX News Alerts service.

Printed or electronic copies remain available free of charge upon request. Shareholders should complete and return the designated Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited—either by mail to 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to hkf50-ecom@vistra.com. Any prior election to receive printed materials lapses with this notice; therefore, investors seeking continued hard-copy delivery must submit a new request. Language or delivery preferences can be updated at any time with at least seven days’ written notice to the share registrar.
