移卡有限公司（09923）于2026年6月26日发布公告，披露当日于香港联交所场内回购股份事宜。
根据公告，当日回购61,600股普通股，占本次回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库存股）约0.0134%。回购价格介乎每股4.71港元至4.78港元，总金额约29.29万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股）变动为460,533,242股，库存股增至1,629,200股，合计已发行股份数则维持在462,162,442股。
公告显示，移卡于2026年6月5日经股东大会批准的股份回购授权可回购最多46,080,964股公司股份。截至目前，公司已合计回购276,400股，占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股本（不包括库存股）约0.06%。
公司称，本次回购遵循香港联交所相关上市规则及其他适用法规，后续暂不得在30天内发布或进行新的股份发行及库藏股出售。公告由董事刘颖麒签署。
