China Boton completes HKD 2.82 million on-market buyback, treasury shares rise to 32.55 million

China Boton Group Company Limited repurchased 0.85 million ordinary shares on 30 September 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 30 September 2026.

The on-market transaction was executed within a price range of HKD 3.19 to HKD 3.42 per share, resulting in an aggregate cash outlay of HKD 2.82 million and a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 3.32 per share.

Key share capital movements: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.08 % to 1.05 billion. • Treasury shares increased from 31.70 million to 32.55 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.08 billion, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury and have not been cancelled.

Mandate utilisation: The buyback forms part of the 22 May 2026 shareholder mandate authorising the company to repurchase up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 0.85 million shares, or 0.08 % of the authorised amount, have been executed under this mandate.

Post-transaction restrictions: In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06, China Boton is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 30 October 2026.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
