香江电器(02619)于2026年6月18日举行的2025年股东周年大会上，正式批准了截至2025年12月31日止年度的利润分配方案，将向全体股东派发末期股息每股人民币0.03483元（除税前）。
根据公告，上述末期股息将于2026年7月24日（星期五）派发，以2026年7月9日（星期四）名列公司股东名册的股东为对象。为确定享有末期股息的资格，公司H股股份过户登记将于2026年7月6日至7月9日（包括首尾两日）暂停，此期间不办理H股过户手续。H股股东须于2026年7月3日下午4时30分前，将过户文件送交公司H股股份过户登记处卓佳证券登记有限公司，方有权获派股息。
派息安排上，末期股息以人民币宣派，境内非上市股份持有人将以人民币收取，H股持有人则以港元支付。港元派付金额按中国人民银行于股东周年大会日期前五个营业日公布的人民币兑港元平均汇率（1元人民币兑1.15028港元）折算，为每股0.04006港元（除税前）。
