New Hope Service Holdings Limited announced that Non-Executive Director Zhang Wei will step down from both the board and the audit committee, effective 25 March 2026. Zhang cited the need to devote more time to other commercial and personal commitments.

The departing director confirmed she has no disagreements with the board and that no matters related to her resignation need to be brought to shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Effective on the same date, Non-Executive Director and Board Chairman Jiang Mengjun has been appointed to the audit committee, filling the vacancy created by Zhang’s departure.

Following these changes, the board comprises: • Executive Directors: Wu Min (Co-Chairman) and Chen Jing • Non-Executive Directors: Li Wei and Jiang Mengjun (Chairman) • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Li Ruojun, Kong Chi Mo and Li Zhengguo

The board expressed its gratitude to Zhang Wei for her contributions during her tenure.
