Genpact's stock surged 5.91% in after-hours trading following the release of its fourth-quarter 2025 financial results, which exceeded analyst expectations.
The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.97, beating the consensus estimate of $0.93. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.319 billion, also surpassing the estimated $1.308 billion. Additionally, adjusted income from operations was $232 million, above the forecast of $223.9 million.
Investors also reacted positively to the announcement of a 10% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to 18.75 cents per share. The company provided an optimistic outlook for 2026, forecasting net revenue growth of at least 7% and adjusted diluted EPS growth of approximately 10%.
