Hysan Development publishes 2025 Annual & Sustainability Reports; opens window for shareholders to revise communication preferences

Hysan Development Company Limited has released its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying AGM circular dated 31 March 2026 (including the notice of meeting and form of proxy), and its 2025 Sustainability Report.

Both English and Chinese versions of the documents are now accessible online through the “Financial Reports” and “News/Announcements/Circulars” sections of the company’s website (www.hysan.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed communications will find hard copies of the materials enclosed in their preferred language. Those wishing to alter the format (printed or electronic) or language (English, Chinese, or both) for current or future corporate communications can submit the enclosed change-request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited by post or email.

Hysan Development will provide printed copies free of charge upon request and will send email notifications when future documents are posted online for shareholders opting for electronic delivery.

The company secretary, Chow Lai Kwan, signed the shareholder notice on 31 March 2026.
