National Electronics Holdings Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for March 2026.

Authorised Capital • Authorised share capital held at HKD 150.00 million, representing 1.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each. • No increase or decrease in authorised or registered share capital was recorded during the month.

Issued Shares and Public Float • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) closed the month unchanged at 914.22 million. • The company held no treasury shares, leaving total issued shares likewise at 914.22 million. • Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 31 March 2026.

Equity Incentives and Convertible Instruments • No share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments were granted, exercised, lapsed or outstanding during the month. • Consequently, no new shares were issued and no funds were raised via option exercises.

Share Repurchases • A total of 1.54 million shares repurchased on 26 August 2025 remain pending cancellation; however, this position did not alter the issued-share figure during March.

Overall Position National Electronics ended March 2026 with an unchanged capital base, stable public-float compliance and no dilution risk from outstanding equity instruments.
