胜龙国际控股有限公司（01182）7月17日发布公告称，公司百慕达注册办事处地址自2026年8月3日起将由原址迁往“Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda”。\n\n公告同时确认，公司在香港的股份过户登记分处仍为卓佳证券登记有限公司，地址维持在香港夏慤道16号远东金融中心17楼。\n\n根据公告，截至2026年7月17日，公司执行董事包括柳士威、王保志及丁磊；独立非执行董事包括邓有高、黄志恩、张嘉裕及王燕。柳士威兼任公司主席及执行董事。
