ZCZL Industrial Technology declares FY2025 final dividend of RMB1.25 per share, payout set for 15 July 2026

ZCZL Industrial Technology Group Company Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 of RMB12.50 for every 10 shares (equivalent to RMB1.25 per share). The dividend is subject to shareholder approval, with the payment date scheduled for 15 July 2026.

The company will publish the Hong Kong dollar equivalent, exchange rate, ex-dividend date, record date and book-close period once confirmed. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will act as share registrar.

Withholding tax arrangements are as follows: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax • Non-resident individual shareholders from jurisdictions with a 10% treaty rate (including Hong Kong and Macau residents): 10% individual income tax • Non-resident individual shareholders from jurisdictions with a treaty rate below 10%: 10% withheld, with excess refundable upon application • Non-resident individual shareholders from jurisdictions without a treaty: 10% individual income tax • Domestic individual investors and domestic securities investment funds holding H shares via the Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% individual income tax; domestic enterprise investors are exempt from withholding

If the company’s total share capital changes between this announcement and the record date, the per-share dividend will remain RMB1.25, and the aggregate distribution amount will be adjusted accordingly, with further disclosure to follow.
