SHIMAO GROUP (00813) announced that for the three months ended March 31, 2026, the Group's total accumulated contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB 4.523 billion. The total accumulated contracted sales area reached 373,400 square meters. The average selling price for the three-month period ended March 31, 2026, was RMB 12,100 per square meter. In March 2026 alone, the Group's contracted sales were approximately RMB 1.712 billion, with a contracted sales area of 142,900 square meters. The average selling price for March 2026 was RMB 12,000 per square meter.
