吉利汽车控股有限公司(“公司”)于2026年3月2日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司当日于香港联交所回购合共5,615,000股普通股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的0.05197%。每股回购价介乎15.63港元至15.99港元不等，总支付金额为88,472,848.57港元（约8,847.28万港元），相关股份将持作库藏。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目降至10,798,718,297股，库存股份则增至32,744,000股，合计已发行股份总数维持在10,831,462,297股。根据2025年5月30日通过的购回授权，公司可回购最多1,008,392,703股，以来已在香港及其他交易所回购合共100,175,000股。
公司同时确认，本次股份购回已获董事会批准并遵守香港上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由公司秘书张颂仁签署。
