根据公告，近期公司多次回购股份：6月29日回购357.40万股（占已发行股本约0.398%，每股0.8974港元）、7月3日回购21.20万股（占比约0.0236%，每股1.029港元）、7月8日回购1.40万股（占比约0.0016%，每股1.23港元）以及7月10日回购的171.40万股。上述回购尚未注销，回购完成后公司已发行股本仍维持在898,001,302股，且暂无库藏股。
此前，股东大会已于2025年9月5日通过购回授权，授权公司可回购至多90,866,330股。截至此次回购后，公司已合共购回16,176,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约1.7802%。公司确认上述回购均严格遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。
