Raffles Interior: Adjourned AGM Slated for 10 July 2026; Six Board-Related Resolutions on the Agenda

Raffles Interior Limited will reconvene its adjourned annual general meeting (AGM) on 10 July 2026 at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) at 5 Sungei Kadut Street 2, #01-02/03, Singapore 729227.

Key business to be tabled comprises six ordinary resolutions:

1. Appointment of Ms. Qi Hongjuan as an executive director. 2. Appointment of Mr. Wang Guoyue as an independent non-executive director (INED). 3. Appointment of Professor Wu Lun as an INED. 4. Appointment of Professor He Yong as an INED. 5. Appointment of Dr. Wang Dong as an INED. 6. Authorisation for the board to fix directors’ remuneration.

Voting will be conducted by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules; results will be released on the websites of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and the company. Shareholders may appoint proxies and, where applicable, multiple proxies, provided proxy forms reach Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 9:00 a.m. on 8 July 2026.

Eligibility to vote at the adjourned session remains unchanged, aligning with the register closure period of 25–30 June 2026 previously announced for the original AGM.

As of the notice date (25 June 2026), the board comprises three executive directors—Mr. Ding Hing Hui (Chairman), Ms. Pui San Loke, and Mr. Nenghuan Zheng (duties suspended)—alongside three incumbent INEDs: Mr. Chan Chi Keung, Alan; Mr. Wong Heung Ming, Henry; and Mr. Cheung Garnok.
