Yangzhou Guangling District Taihe Rural Micro-finance Company Limited (1915) announced the formation of an independent special investigation committee, initially composed of its independent non-executive directors. The group is mandated to investigate the Audit Matters referenced in earlier disclosures and may enlist additional professional advisers to assist as needed.

In line with the resumption guidance issued by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the committee engaged an external independent accounting firm to conduct a forensic investigation into the Audit Matters.
