Agile Group’s 2025 ESG Report: Lower Carbon Footprint, Strong Safety Record and Over RMB0.90 Billion in Education Donations

Agile Group has released its tenth Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, outlining 2025 performance across environmental, social and governance pillars.

Environmental Performance • Greenhouse-gas emissions totalled 39,221.96 tonnes CO₂-equivalent, of which Scope 1 contributed 37,780.96 tonnes and Scope 2 1,441.00 tonnes. • Total energy use reached 148.10 million kWh, equal to an intensity of 5.32 million kWh per RMB billion of revenue. • All new development projects were designed to meet in-house green or WELL standards, and 65.1% of construction adopted prefabricated technology. • Environmental subsidiaries carried out harmless treatment of 478,900 tonnes of waste during the year.

Social Highlights • Headcount stood at 84,126; 89.04% of employees received training, averaging 19.27 hours each. • The employee turnover rate was 37.68%; there were zero work-related fatalities and no major production safety accidents. • Customer satisfaction reached 92.5%, while complaint cases fell 15% year on year and closure efficiency improved 16%. • Cumulative donations to the education sector surpassed RMB0.90 billion. • All material and equipment suppliers hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.

Governance and Compliance • A three-tier ESG governance structure headed by the Board oversees strategy, risk management and disclosure. • The Group reported no concluded corruption litigation in 2025. • Directors, senior management and 2,564 staff completed anti-corruption training, totalling 5,128 hours.

Outlook The Board reaffirmed its commitment to embed ESG principles in strategic planning, extend green construction, enhance supply-chain sustainability and fortify climate-risk management with scenario analysis aligned to global standards.
