Convenience Retail Asia Limited (CR Asia) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 May 2026, detailing modest capital changes driven solely by share-option exercises.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million.

Issued share capital rose by 3.20 million shares, or approximately 0.41%, as employees exercised options under the 2020 Share Option Scheme. This brought the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) to 782.14 million. No treasury shares were held at month-end.

The option exercises generated HKD 1.02 million in cash proceeds. Following the transactions, outstanding options under the 2020 scheme declined to 40.53 million, while 23.73 million shares remain available for future issuance or transfer under the scheme.

CR Asia confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, and no other instruments—such as warrants, convertibles, or additional share-issuance agreements—were active during the month.
