2026年9月9日，ECI TECH（08013.HK）发布公告称，公司董事会已于同日批准公司秘书变更。因拟专注其他业务安排，刘智远先生已辞任公司秘书，辞任自2026年9月9日起生效。刘先生确认其与董事会无意见分歧，且无需提请公司股东关注的其他事宜。
董事会同时委任陈雪颜女士为新任公司秘书，任命同样自2026年9月9日起生效。公告显示，陈女士持有奥克兰大学商业学士学位，在会计、财务及公司秘书领域拥有逾23年经验，并为澳洲注册会计师公会会员及香港会计师公会会员。
截至本公告日期，ECI TECH董事会由七名董事组成，包括三名执行董事：吴泰荣博士（主席兼行政总裁）、罗永忠先生及王芷雯女士，以及四名独立非执行董事：许俊浩先生、宋卫德先生、周建新博士及陆志聪医生。董事会对刘先生的贡献表示感谢，并对陈女士的加入表示欢迎。
公告称，相关资料已根据香港联交所GEM证券上市规则披露，并自公布之日起连续七日刊载于联交所及公司网站。
