三生制药（01530，香港联交所主板上市）于最新公告中披露，即将于2026年6月25日召开股东周年大会，就授予董事最高可购回不超过已发行股本10%的股份授权进行表决。截至公告最后实际可行日，公司已发行股份总数为2,538,084,412股，若获股东大会批准，将允许董事在规定期限内择机从市场购回最多253,808,441股。
公司表示，购回股份所需资金将依据开曼群岛公司法及香港上市规则，从溢利或股份溢价科目等合法资金来源拨付。董事会认为，这项购回授权有助于在市况适宜时提升公司价值及股东回报。董事会并强调，仅会在符合公司及股东整体利益的情况下行使相关权力，不会对公司正常营运及财务状况造成重大影响。公司同日亦提呈派发每股0.25港元末期股息议案以供审议，相关股东过户登记暂将于2026年6月22日至6月25日期间暂停办理。
